Expeditor B.V.

On all agreements and legal relationships between Expeditor B.V. and the customer the General Terms and Conditions of the Fenex (filed with the District Court of Amsterdam) apply (www.xpdtr.net/en/conditions). The applicability of other general conditions is not accepted and explicitly rejected. In addition to the Fenex conditions, the following applies:

• The latest registered version of the Fenex terms and conditions apply.
• Expeditor B.V. is in no way liable for any damage, except for intent or gross negligence. Any liability of Expeditor B.V. is limited to direct damage and to the amount paid out in the relevant case under the liability insurance taken out by Expeditor B.V., including the deductible. If no  payment is made, all liability is limited to the invoice amount.
• Expeditor B.V. has a right of retention for all outstanding claims on all items offered to it.
